Yes; once you have completed step #4 of the ‘How do I upgrade’ process, we will work with you to schedule maintenance window to push the updates to production. This is typically a 2-4 hour maintenance window.
If you schedule your upgrade by or before May 31st and pick a tentative go live date that is anytime between April and September 2019, there is no cost associated to this upgrade. After May 31st, 2019, there will be a $1,500 professional services fee for the upgrade.

You can either whitelist our IP addresses or we can setup a site-to-site VPN tunnel between two networks.

Yes, supports rule-based configuration on the basis of groups available in active directory. You have the option to make the factors mandatory or optional.
Upon first successful login, users will be redirected to security setup page wherein they can configure their factors.
NOTE: This could be made mandatory or optional. If this setting is made mandatory, the users won’t be able to perform any activity before completing their factor configuration.

Users can either create their own questions or select from the pool of available questions but using administratively defined pool of questions is highly recommended.
